He regularly did not drink coffee although he had heard a lot about coffee through his wife from the state of Chiapas from a coffee family
One morning at breakfast, Cesar’s wife offers him a cup of coffee. At the first sip he takes Cesar asks what kind of coffee is this? His wife tells him it’s coffee from my parent’s field. Cesar falls in love and impressed by the cafe de chiapas, he begins to investigate and wants to know about coffee, he falls in love more and makes the idea of exporting the coffee.
With much enthusiasm he tells his friend friend Juan Carrillo, A Young Entreprenour in the Restaurant Branch.
Coincidentally. Juan Carrillo had been interested in coffee. They decide to start up the kaffe Aztka proyect and start the search for possible suppliers since Cesar’s wife family was not ready to export. In the search for coffee testers, they met Rosalba Cifuentes, originally from Chiapas, an empowered woman, in love with coffee and its people.
In the first meeting that they had between Juan, Cesar an Rosalba there was a mutual empathy and Rosalba proposes to associate to make a bigger project.
